Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet expectations. Physical products may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, provided that:

The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is returned in its original, unused condition.
The buyer covers all shipping costs for returning the item and reshipping a replacement.

Custom-made items, spiritual tools, and jewelry with natural variations or intentional imperfections are not eligible for exchange.
